How soon will the therapist respond to a chat?
It depends on the availability of your selected therapist. However, the therapist will respond to you through our secure platform in a reasonable time.
Throughout my consultation, will messages be responded to by the same therapist?
Yes, you will have 1 therapist for all of your text and video chat sessions.
How does the messaging (chat) feature work?
Once you are assigned a licensed therapist, you will be able to text through the APP. TalkThru therapists are required to respond within 2 hours.
